고용주의 잡오퍼가 필요하지 않은 프로그램
사스케츄완 주정부는 수요가 많은 직업에서 추가 이민 신청서 접수를 재개하며 바로 시행한다고 발표했다.
2015년 9월 21일 현재, 57개 직업 중에서 경력이 있는 신청자 중 총 1000개의 신청서가 접수될 것이다. 이 프로그램은 고용주의 잡오퍼가 필요하지 않기 때문에, 캐나다 이민을 원하는 이들에게 반가운 소식이다.
이 프로그램은 SINP의 하위 범주에 해당하며 올 1월에 오픈 되었었지만, 불과 몇 일만에 접수가 마감되면서 사스케츄완주가 캐나다 이민 신청자들 사이에 얼마나 인기가 있는지를 실감하게 했다. 사스케츄완 주는 지난 22개월간 캐나다 주와 준 주 중 가장 낮은 실업률을 보였고, 사스케츄완 정부는 교육, 전문 경력, 언어능력 등을 갖춰 스스로 정착할 수 있고 성공적으로 이 주의 노동 시장과 커뮤니티에 동화될 수 있는 이민자들을 유치하기 위해 애쓰고 있다.
잡오퍼가 없는 상태에서 신청 자격은 다음과 같다.
- 점수표(아래표)에서 100점 중 최소 60점
- CLB 영어나 불어 점수 최소 4점 (IETLS 기준 평균 4점 정도)
- 대학 이상의 교육기관에서 최소 1년 이상 수학 또는 기술훈련
- 지난 10년 중 관계 직업에서 최소 1년 유급 경력 (경력은 반드시 새스캐처원 주에서 수요가 많은 직업에 해당해야 함.)
- 최소 정착 자금 및 정착 계획
